“It is with great pleasure that I have watched the whole idea of presenting Indian Classical Music through a symphony, emerge from the initial stages into an orchestra that performs enthusiastically in a well structured manner. I was one of the judges involved in the selection of the young and musical talents to be a part of this whole idea a few years ago and was also involved in working with the two groups Samyo and Tarang during 2010.
The team has very talented young musicians who perform with a lot of passion and energy and given the kind of efforts that Milapfest, the team of musicians / conductors associated with Samyo and Tarang and the visiting artists are putting in, it is only bound to be one of the best orchestras that could present a symphony of Indian Classical Music. Wishing all of them the very best”.
