Fees & Registration

It is extremely important to us that participants receive the best experience possible at Dance India and that includes providing an experience which is value for money.  Dance India is not for profit and the fees charged cover the exact cost of accommodation, meals and tuition.   

Students may wish to stay on campus in order to have the full experience of Dance India. Milapfest has negotiated excellent rates for student accommodation and meals at Liverpool Hope University at just £385 for the entire length of Dance India. Students can also choose to stay off-campus and just pay for the cost of Tuition alone.

The fee structure for Dance India 2017 is as follows:

Tuition Fee:  £450.00 
Accommodation & Meals: £385.00
Total cost:  £835.00

Deposits & Deadlines
Once you have submitted the registration form for Dance India 2017 (see below link), you will have one week to send a £100 deposit to secure your place on the course.  The deposit will either be the first installment of your payment plan (see below for further details on installments) or the equivalent portion of your full Dance India payment.  Deposit payments are NOT refundable. 

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking MUST take place before 19th May 2017. Participants who wish to cancel their registration on or after 19th May 2017 will NOT receive any refunds (accommodation, studios, meals etc. are all booked through Liverpool Hope University, and after 19th May, Milapfest will incur full charges for any bookings made). 

Instalment Payments
We will unfortunately not be able to offer an instalment payment plan to anyone registering for Dance India after May 31st 2017.   For students registering after this date full payment for the course will be due at the time of registration.  The registration and payment deadline for Dance India 2017 is July 1st 2017.   Please contact Helen Kelly at helen@milapfest.com for more information.
