Kalapremi is a vibrant arts development organisation. Started in 1983, today we are working as a professional arts development organisation and we continue to promote and showcase high quality arts in the northeast of UK.
Kalapremi's ethos is centred on encouraging and empowering south-Asian arts. What we mean by this is, we provide exciting opportunities to artists to showcase their talents, make arts accessible to the members in the community through our projects and programmes and work closely with artists to empower their creative potential.
