Ramya is also a talented musician, having been trained in Carnatic vocal from a young age by her parents, both of whom are trained musicians. She has also learnt from Vidwaan M A Narasimhachar and Vidushi M A Meera in Bangalore. She has performed at various prestigious venues across the UK and India. Alongside her music, Ramya is also a talented artist who draws on her Eastern roots and her working life in the West, combining elements of tradition and spirituality with modernism and functionality.
